We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated real estate salesperson. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to earn substantial commissions.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson located in Nairobi County. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for conducting day-to-day tasks related to real estate sales, growing the agency business customer service and client int eractions. The role will involve actively participating in sales activities, assisting clients in finding suitable properties, leading efforts in disposing the properties on our portfolio, leasing vacant houses, negotiating deals, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• 5 years + Experience in real estate sales and customer service
• Knowledge of real property evaluation and market trends
• Strong sales and negotiation skills

A suitable candidate must demonstrate a winners mentality, ability to work under pressure. They must be able to show a past track record of similar work.

They must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and within a team, and familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations. Previous experience in the Kenyan real estate market is a MUST.
